Community Portals

A new blogroll of other community portals has recently been added to the sidebar.

The portals have graciously linked this site as we have theirs. It is hoped that this will widen the network of information and knowledge to mutually benefit residents in achieving their objectives.

Do visit these sites when the demands of everyday life permit. The wealth of information and the issues brought up and discussed would make the time well spent, if only to benchmark that of the position in Sutramas.

Care for Neighbors

Hi, I would like to bring to the attention to all residents of Sutramas that we should have better understanding of each's other needs especially sharing same facilities and also under the same roof. We fully respect each other's privacy and also hope that the same can be provided to us.

We see rubbish being left out of the recycle and trash bins. Noise of furniture moving and renovation in the late evenings. We can also smell pesticide on Saturday evenings especially during dinner time and also early Sunday morning while we are enjoying a good morning sleep. As we know it has short/long term effect to our health especially harmful to younger children, we hope that other methods can be used instead of the poisonous pesticide. (This might be from surrounding development - if the management can assist look into this)

We sincerely hope that care for our neighbors is important living in a community so that we can enjoy the stay for many years to come.

There is a breach of security Incident on 22 Aug 2009. My letter box was broken into by an thief. That person stole my new credit card and other documents from my letter box.

I have reported this case to the management, committee, security guard and also made a police report.

Being labled as a high end condo with multiple security cameras, security features, and multiple security guards, someone could just walk in, broke my letter box, stole my letters & documents and walked out, without being detected and not registered.

Something got to be done with the security of Sutramas Condo. This time is my letter box, next time might be one of the residence's car or children being taken away by outsiders.....

22 Aug 2009 also. My parents came for a visit at 1.30pm. Guard did not intercom me to ask me if i was expecting visitors.

1st Sept 2009 - My brother inlaw come for a visit at 10pm. Again. The guards did not intercom me.

Question: Is it compulsory for the guard to intercom owners when they have a visitor? If it not compulsory, perhaps it is time to make it compulsory.
