It is intended to be a place where the ongoings of the condominium are posted in order that residents would have up-to-date information of the same. It is also intended to be a place where relevant discussions can be conducted regarding the operations and issues of the condominium.
In the postings, "Law Regarding The Management and Maintenance of Sutramas" and "Letter of 7th April 2008 from the Chairman of the JMC" , it was notified that the JMB was formed on 5th April 2008 and called "Sutramas (KL) JMB".
