Kindly be informed that the Joint Management Committee has approved the appointment of Affrin News Agency as Sutramas Condominium newspaper delivery supplier. Residents who wish to subscribe for the service are requested to register their interest with Management Office.

To ensure that security is not compromised, we seek your cooperation to register your interest with the Management office with one same company rather than having individual newspaper delivery man.

Security Notice - One Lane Exit After 10.00 pm

ONE LANE EXIT AFTER 10.00PM

The Joint Management Committee which was held this morning, has decided to implement a “one lane exit” after 10.00pm daily.

This is mooted so as to enhance security surveillance and ensure that camera detection are carried out to all vehicles exiting the condominium.

Dear Sutramas Residents,

It has been 2 and a half years since handing over and just over a year since JMB assumed the management of the Condominium. Much has happened.

We now have a new management company.

It is perhaps timely to have a look at where the shortcomings of the condominium are and how to address them.

As such, it would be great to hear from any of you shoud you have a view or comment or idea or suggestion or critique or recommendation or............you get the idea.


Perhaps you would like futsal facilities or shooting some baskets. Perhaps you would like to take it to the next level in your cardio workout at the gym and would like more punishing equipment.

Perhaps you would like more social gatherings? Or maybe some charity work.

Perhaps you would like to indulge in some green/environmetal initiatives.

Perhaps parents with young children might have a few suggestions about what the condo could do for the little ones.

Whatever it may be, let's hear it from you. Do drop a mail to sutramas.kl@gmail.com or better still, leave a comment to this post so it could be more interactive.

JL Facilities is replacing See Hoy Chan after just over a year since the JMB took over.

We are pleased to inform that JL Facilities Management Sdn Bhd has been contracted as the Management Services provider for Sutramas Condominium with effect from August 13, 2009.

We also wish to inform that Ms Kathy Lee is the appointed Building Manager for Sutramas and she will be assisted by Cik Norhaizan.

The maintenance team comprises of Encik Ibrahim, the chargeman and Encik Zulklifli, the technician. Both the maintenance personnel had been on site from the 6^th instant.

PASTIME CAFE - Now Open!!

Sutramas' very own cafe is now open for business. PASTIME CAFE is run by friendly couple, Audrey & Patrick. It has a delectable array of pastries and cakes and great Illy coffee. Pop down for a cuppa with a neighbour or friend any time during its opening hours of 8.00 in the morning and 10.00 at night. Its open 7 days a week. Here are some pictures of the Cafe.

Revised Composition of Joint Management Commitee

Re : REVISED COMPOSITION OF JMB COMMITTEE MEMBERS – Sutramas Condominium

On behalf of the Joint Management Committee of Sutramas, I wish to inform of the following revision to the composition of the Committee resolved at the 12^th JMC meeting held on 21^st February 2009.

Resignations

It is with regret that we announce the resignations of the former Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Ronnie Tan and a member of the Committee, Mr. William Tan.

Ronnie and William have been very generous with their time and contribution to the Committee. However, due to other commitments, they regrettably have had to tender their resignations.

Re-Designations

Following from the resignations, the following re-designations have been effected.

(I) Mr. Au Weng Sang has been appointed Chairman of the Committee.

(II) Mr. Thomas Pagnoux has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee.

(III) Mr. Timothy Ong has been appointed Chairman of the Security & House Rules Sub-Committee.

Current Composition

Following from the resignations and re-designations above, the current composition of the Committee is as follows :-
