Would Love To Hear From You!!!!
Dear Sutramas Residents,
It has been 2 and a half years since handing over and just over a year since JMB assumed the management of the Condominium. Much has happened.
We now have a new management company.
It is perhaps timely to have a look at where the shortcomings of the condominium are and how to address them.
As such, it would be great to hear from any of you shoud you have a view or comment or idea or suggestion or critique or recommendation or............you get the idea.
Perhaps you would like futsal facilities or shooting some baskets. Perhaps you would like to take it to the next level in your cardio workout at the gym and would like more punishing equipment.
Perhaps you would like more social gatherings? Or maybe some charity work.
Perhaps you would like to indulge in some green/environmetal initiatives.
Perhaps parents with young children might have a few suggestions about what the condo could do for the little ones.
Whatever it may be, let's hear it from you. Do drop a mail to sutramas.kl@gmail.com or better still, leave a comment to this post so it could be more interactive.
Cheers!!!

What is the new Management going to do about my case below?
There was a breach of security Incident on 22 Aug 2009. My letter box was broken into by an thief. That person stole my new credit card and other documents from my letter box.
I have reported this case to the management, committee, security guard and also made a police report.
Being labled as a high end condo with multiple security cameras, security features, and multiple security guards, someone could just walk in, broke my letter box, stole my letters & documents and walked out, without being detected and not registered.
Something got to be done with the security of Sutramas Condo. This time is my letter box, next time might be one of the residence's car or children being taken away by outsiders.....
22 Aug 2009 also. My parents came for a visit at 1.30pm. Guard did not intercom me to ask me if i was expecting visitors.
1st Sept 2009 - My brother inlaw come for a visit at 10pm. Again. The guards did not intercom me.
Question: Is it compulsory for the guard to intercom owners when they have a visitor? If it not compulsory, perhaps it is time to make it compulsory.
4 Sept 2009 at about 8.20pm, a guy carrying some brochures ( a lot), was waiting at the lobby door to enter the lift area. Went i entered the lift area from the lobby and into the lift, he followed me. He was trying to press level 3A but i told him he cant do it with out a card. So he went out from the lift...
What is going on with the Sutramas Security?
Dear Edwin, Thanks for your invaluable feedback. Your complaints would be actioned starting with its discussion at the JMC this Saturday, 12 September 2009. Please do attend the meeting if time permits as it would help to formulate action to prevent incidences like this happening again. It is at 10.00 am at the Reading Room.
