Later Closing Hour for Gym & Reading Room

To further the development of both the physical and mental prowess of Sutramas residents, the closing hours of both the gym and reading room is extended to midnight.

It is hoped that this does not promote too much nocturnal tendencies!!

Remember! Be considerate and turn off all lights and air-conditioners if you are the last to leave!!

Come with your family and savour the many yummy specialties from both our local and foreign neighbours at Sutramas !

All you need to do is bring along one dish that's enough for at least six to share. If you would rather contribute cash for the purchase of food, Management would be happy to take that on. A contribution of RM100 per family is suggested.

Make sure to register your attendance to allow Management to plan the event. Registration would be taken up to 17 October 2009.

Line Dance Classes - The Fleet Footed at Sutramas

Whether your aspirations are the Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers variety or the John Travolta/Olivia Newton John kind or to be comprehensible to those not of the vintage ages yet, the Beyonce’ / Michael Jackson type, start off its realisation at the Line Dance classes at Sutramas.

The fleet footed in the pictures have a head start on their hip-wiggling prowess building efforts.

Line Dance classes are conducted weekly on Wednesday nights at 8.30 pm at the function hall. Boogie on down your way there!!

Earthquake Information

At approximately 7.15pm yesterday, the 30^th of September 2009, tremors were felt at Sutramas. These tremors were caused by the after-effects of an earthquake in Indonesia.

Most of the M&E system, like the lifts and fire fighting equipment were affected and maintenance personnel were on site to check and reset the whole system.

Physical checks were carried out and we are happy to inform all residents that our building has no physical damage whatsoever. We will contiunue to monitor the condition of the condominium.

Kindly be informed that the Joint Management Committee has approved the appointment of Affrin News Agency as Sutramas Condominium newspaper delivery supplier. Residents who wish to subscribe for the service are requested to register their interest with Management Office.

To ensure that security is not compromised, we seek your cooperation to register your interest with the Management office with one same company rather than having individual newspaper delivery man.
